Hi, I’m Paula Freeman. I’ve spent 25 years running the finances, the operations, and the people in owner-led and family-run businesses, and I’ve owned and operated my own. I understand how the whole business runs because I’ve sat in the owner seat, and have also been the person responsible for ensuring it all works.

That practical, hands-on experience is what I bring to every business I work with.

For owner-led businesses, I offer direct advisory support across finance, operations, and technology /  AI implementation. Practical guidance from someone who has been where you are and knows what actually works. If your numbers are unclear, your operations are less than ideal, or you’re not sure where to start, that’s exactly the kind of problem I help solve.

For organizations that find themselves without a finance or operations leader, I’m available for interim engagements. Most businesses can’t afford to wait three to six months for the right permanent hire, and they shouldn’t have to. I step in, keep things running, and hand over to your new hire seamlessly.
